Refund policy
Our goods are inspected for quality before shipping. If you have an issue with any item, please reach out to us through email at gatheringthymeco.gmail to discuss the issue.
You will have 15 days from the purchase date to let us know you'd like to return a product. Shipping dates and delivery dates will be verified.
A "Proof of Purchase" receipt is required to verify a product was brought from Gathering Thyme Company.
Once the product has been shipped back to us and received and the above conditions have been met you may exchange for the same item if available. If none are available you may choose another product of the same value, or store credit. No cash returns.
All Holiday related goods are final sale and non refundable. All sale items cannot be returned.
